Connor Nguyen

Connor Nguyen is an extremely influential person in the Asian basketball community. Connor helped start the Asean Basketball League in Southeast Asia, the Vietnam Basketball Association, & the Asia Tour 3x3 competitions in the Philippines. Connor is a former league CEO & professional General Manager, and is also the founder & owner of two youth basketball academies in Asia, runs multiple businesses across multiple sports, and comes from a tennis background where he was a Division 1 athlete at the University of Kansas.

Matthew Van Pelt
Co-Founder & CEO
Matthew Van Pelt is a FIBA Certified head coach and a former professional player with basketball experience in 29 countries. Coach Matt recently finished coaching in Australia and is now the Head Coach of the Hanoi Buffaloes & the Vietnam Men's National Team. Aside from managing PCA, Coach Matt also runs a sports management company, co-owns a youth academy, is certified in teaching yoga as well as sports nutrition, & is a published author with two hoops related books out on Amazon.

David Grice
Technical Director
Coach David Grice is a FIBA certified coach from England. After spending years coaching in Thailand, Coach Grice is now working as the Head Coach of the Saigon Heat in Vietnam, as well as the Head Coach of the Vietnam Women's 3x3 National Team, whom Coach Grice recently led to it's first ever gold medal in the Southeast Asian Games. Coach Grice also has a certification in strength & conditioning, and played college basketball in the United States before beginning his coaching career.

Vu The Cang
Head of Basketball Operations
Coach Vu The Cang, aka Coach Christopher, is a former professional basketball player, and is currently a coach at all levels. Coach Christopher owns his own basketball academy, is the Technical Director and General Manager of another high performance academy, is involved with the Vietnam National Team program, is the Associate Head Coach of the Saigon Heat, is the Head Coach of Hoa Sen University Women's Team, and is the Head Coach of the Saigon Heat Women's 3x3 professional team.
